本規約は、株式会社ブレインストーム（以下「当社」）が提供するソフトウェアおよびサービス（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。

1. 適用 本規約は、ユーザーと当社の間の本サービスの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されます。
2. 使用許諾 当社はユーザーに対し、本サービスを個人的かつ非商用、または内部業務目的で使用するための非独占的かつ譲渡不能な権利を許諾します。
3. 禁止事項 ユーザーは、本サービスの複製、改変、リバースエンジニアリング、または第三者への再配布を行ってはなりません。
4. 免責事項 本サービスは「現状有姿」で提供されます。当社は、本サービスの使用に起因するデータ損失やシステム障害を含むいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。
5. 準拠法 本規約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されるものとします。

私たちは製品の品質に自信を持っていますが、万が一ご満足いただけない場合は、以下の条件に基づき返金を承ります。

• 返金期間: 製品の購入日から14日以内であれば、理由を問わず全額返金をリクエストすることができます。
